Information on the right of withdrawal for private customers
(A private customer is a natural person who makes a purchase for purposes that are not directly related to their commercial or professional activity).

Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days and begins on the day:

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, if all goods were delivered in one shipment;
  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods, if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these have been delivered separately;
  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if a product was delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. This can be done in writing by post or by e-mail to the following address: info@rasengitter-paddockplatten.de

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within 14 days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You shall bear the costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
  • for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
  • for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
  • for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery;
  • for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or periodicals with the exception of subscription contracts.
