I. General Terms and Conditions

§ 1

Scope of application and information on the seller

  1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online store.
  2. Seller and contractual partner is: MegaSpar

§ 2

Conclusion of contract

  1. The presentation of products in the MegaSpar online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
  2. By clicking on the “Order with obligation to pay” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart.
  3. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail.

§ 3

Prices and terms of payment

  1. All prices quoted in the MegaSpar online store are final prices in euros and include VAT.
  2. The shipping costs are shown separately in the order process and are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated (e.g. free shipping).
  3. Available payment methods:
    • Prepayment (bank transfer)
    • PayPal
    • Credit card
    • Instant bank transfer
    • Klarna (installment purchase, payment after delivery)

§ 4

Delivery and shipping conditions

  1. Delivery is made within Germany and to other EU countries, provided this is stated in the offer.
  2. The standard delivery time is 3 to 7 working days, unless otherwise stated.
  3. If a product is not available, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments already made.

§ 5

Retention of title
The goods remain the property of MegaSpar until the purchase price has been paid in full.

§ 6

Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days. Details on the right of withdrawal can be found in our returns policy.

§ 7

Warranty and liability

  1. The statutory warranty rights apply.
  2. We accept no liability for damage caused by improper use of the products.
  3. For entrepreneurs, the warranty period is 12 months from delivery of the goods.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
